"I have had this memory from a while back when i still lived i Shrewsbury of a great little shop that did some incredible baps and roasted sandwiches, and this morning, I finally got to have the experience all over again. I felt like a child who just got what he wanted for Christmas. Now enough of that and on to the food. Great bacon and egg sandwich with some fresh and soft bread. Also a roast pork sandwich which smells delightful but I am saving for lunch. Also the two in there were lovely people. Very friendly, up for a good chat and all round top individuals. I highly recommend this place to all, whether you want a big snack or just an old bacon bap"

"Stumble on this place having arrived in Shrewsbury, and we were immediately drawn to the roast pork joints on display in the window, and how appetising they looked. We decided we'd call back to the shop once we had checked into our digs just down the street. When we did go back, all 3 of us ordered a hot roast pork and stuffing bap. We were asked if we wanted apple on it. I said "could i be cheeky and have some crackling as well?" When it came it was packed full of pork, stuffing, apple and side portion of crackling. Absolutely delicious, and well worth the £5.90. So filling that we didn't have anything else to eat until late on that night. So delicious that we all got one again the next day for the train journey home. There was plenty of other stuff to choose from. The couple who owned the shop were lovely, very friendly. Would definitely recommend it."
